Deeply connect with yourself on a transformational wellness retreat

Testimonials

I was hesitant to book this retreat because of the unknown part of it, the adventure part of and I didn’t know what to expect. So I let my gut feeling guide me and I went all in by booking Julie’s Recharge Retreat in Guatemala on the beautiful lake Atitlan.I have no regrets going on this amazing and transforming retreat with beautiful human beings that I’ve crossed my path with.It was exactly what I needed: some time for me and for replenishing my cup that was pretty much empty after giving all to work, family, friends, etc.I would definitely do another retreat with Julie in the future!! She has beautiful vibe and energy that pits you at ease.If I may suggest: Don’t listen what your brain tells you to, go with your heart and you will not regret your choice!!!

Julie, Charlotte and the entire Recharge Retreat is something hard to sum up in a small paragraph. The retreat gave me something beyond anything I could imagine. Not only was I able to conquer a fear I had around travelling to another country I knew nothing about alone, I was able to fully embrace the journey and pour into me for the very first time. This retreat gave me a sense of self! Not to mention the view was absolutely stunning! From the morning Sunrise yoga, swings on the hammock with sounds of exotic birds, healthy meals made with so much love and the friendships and community I built that will last a lifetime …This retreat was everything! I can’t begin to thank these women for the magic that was created that week in Guatemala. It is something I will truly cherish and hold near to my heart. Can’t wait for the next one!!!!

The experience was so magical that I don’t know where to start! I connected with Julie before one month before the retreat began. As this was my first retreat, I had so many questions. Julie took the time to answer each point, which reassured me.

The retreat space was perfect, a peaceful and flowery garden with incredible views of Lake Atitlan and the volcanoes of Guatemala. Julie and Charlotte have welcomed extraordinary people. Being a small group, we were really able to get closer to one another. Respect, kindness, support, and peace reigned throughout the week. There were activities for all tastes (meditation, cocoa ceremony, kayaking, walks...) as well as times for integration.

This allowed us to enjoy the surroundings. Yoga (my biggest fear) was accessible to everyone. I felt supported and rediscovered my body. I realized that I could do yoga every day. I learned a new technique, yin yoga, which I loved. For the first time in my life I felt calm, serene and at peace every day, regardless of the external constraints of my personal life.

The food was fresh and good from morning to night. I am grateful to have been able to participate in this retreat. Before arriving I felt that I was going to have a wonderful experience and it far exceeded my expectations. So, go for it!
